We Evaluate Your Minerals

Once we agree on the minerals to be sold, we evaluate your minerals to find you the best offer price. We will then send you the documents for review with your family, advisors, or attorney.

We Review Your Title

Next, we review title and resolve curative issues when necessary. Title services are completed in-house at no additional cost to you. We strive to go from signed documents to closing in 30 days.

We Send Your Payment

When it is time to close, we send a deed to be signed and notarized. Then, we can send your payment via wire or check! Remember, closing does not mean our relationship ends. We are always an email or phone call away!
